1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ABAI Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ABAI Solutions provides AI automation consulting and implementation services for businesses. The scope of each engagement is defined in individual project proposals or statements of work agreed upon by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the project agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom-built automations and systems delivered as part of the engagement. ABAI Solutions retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary techniques developed during the project.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

ABAI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
